Space Rental

When not in use for classes and workshops, The Roost is available for rental by outside groups.  The space includes our art studio and a smaller classroom/meeting room, as well as a kitchenette and bathroom facilities.  Art supplies and tools may be provided for an additional fee.  Email us to set up a time to come visit and see if our lovely creative space will meet your needs.

Outdoor spaces may also be available for use by outside groups.  Email us if this is of interest to you!

Refundable Cleaning Deposit
Non-refundable - 25% down

Deposits

Nonprofit and Community Groups: $35/hour, $200/day (6+ hours)

For-Profit/Corporate: $45/hour, $250/day (6+ hours)

Fees

Use of supplies & equipment: $20+

Alcohol on site: $25/hour

RENTAL GUIDELINES

  • Max Occupancy is: 20

  • Parking is limited.  We recommend carpooling

  • Clean the facility after use

  • Do not remove any books or games from facility

  • No access to office or storage space

  • Additional fee for alcohol on site

  • No smoking

CHECKOUT PROCESS

  • Take your belongings

  • Dispose of trash (indoors)

  • Wash and put away dishes

  • Turn off appliances and lights

  • Lock all the doors
